I was planning to visit HQ on the 17th, but my dive buddy had to cancel. I'd still like to dive, but won't make the trip from Iowa unless I can get someone to dive with. I have my Rescue Diver certification, and around 100 dives.

I'm not available on the 21st. I take it you're not available on the 17th?

Diving Lake Michigan so can't join you. One suggestion: a bunch of folks from the Central Indiana Scuba meetup group (meetup.com) are gonna dive at HQ on the 17th. You could just join their meetup group or contact their organizer about diving with them w/o joining. Good luck.

I'm a DM with about 200 dives. I wanted to go tomorrow to experiment with a new configuration on my drysuit (replacable seals setup and a couple of other modifications).  Would be happy to buddy up with you. Hi, Joseph. Sorry I didn't get back to you until now. I stopped checking the exchange forum on Friday afternoon - figured I wasn't going to get any dive buddy messages after that time. I'd still like to get in the water before the weather gets cold. Are you going to HQ any time in September (on a weekend)?

No worries! Unfortunately, my days at Haigh are few and far between these days. One option is to register for the Chicago Scuba Meetup. They usually have a few gatherings at Haigh with food and so on every summer. You'll always have people to buddy up with at those.
